The complex “VILARTE homes” is located in the Bulgarian Black Sea resort of Lozenets in close proximity to the popular boutique hotel “VILARTE” and the complex “Oasis Resort & Spa”. At a distance of 250 m. there is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Bulgarian coast – Oasis.
The complex consists of 8 one-family houses, each with an area of 125 sq.m. All houses have an adjacent plot of 550 sq.m and a parking lot for two cars.

Each of the owners gets a direct access to the beach “Oasis”, as well as access to all restaurants, bars, shops, beauty salons and kindergarten located on the territory of the “Oasis” complex.
Live protection and support of houses together with common parts is provided all year round.
Lozenets (south coast):
Lozenets is a small resort village, located 65 km south of Bourgas and 35 km from the border with Turkey. The neighboring major cities are Tsarevo and Kiten, and the village itself remains a quiet and peaceful place suitable for family holidays. The local beach is in a small bay, which means that the sea is calm here and the water is clean. It is worth noting that studies of sea water near the Bulgarian Black Sea resorts show that the Lozenets Sea is the cleanest in the region.
