A New Quarter in the town of Pomorie has been designed, which includes 20 single-family houses with an independent Regulated plot of land.
Pomorie hauses is a new, modern project of 13 single-family houses, located in that New Quarter, situated in the new part of the town of Pomorie, in a quiet area, just 350 meters away from the southern beach of the town.
The project started with the construction of 4 single-family, two-storey houses with a total built-up floor area from 210,92 sq.m. up to 235.12 sq.m., designed for year-round use. Extremely functional and luxurious houses will be built of high quality and modern materials. The plots where they will be built range from 109-200 sq.m. of their own landscaped courtyard.
Each home consists of:
– first floor: garage with a separate entrance and access to the entrance hall, an entrance hall, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom – WC, a service room, suitable for central heating, internal stairs to the second floor;
– second floor: 3 bedrooms, of which two bedrooms, a bathroom – WC and a VIP bedroom with en-suite bathroom – WC and a balcony, a spacious terrace;
The building’s structure is made of reinforced concrete and external and internal walls – brick masonry. The building has a complete hydro and thermal insulation. The facade design provides for 50% of travertine stone veneer and a combination of structural polymeric hydrophobic plaster, railings on terraces – wrought iron. The window frame glazing is a five-chamber PVC “DECEUNINCK”, white colour. Roof – pitched, with ceramic roof tiles. The required planting and landscaping of the free yard area in the property, stamped concrete and a wrought iron open-work fence and hedges are planned. The garages are equipped with metal rolling shutters. All materials used have a European quality certificate.
Each home will be delivered finished in the stage of plaster completion:
* walls – plaster;
* flooring – rendering;
* window frame glazing – PVC, white colour;
* terraces – hydro and thermal insulation, granite tiles;
* electricity wall-plugs, plumbing, internet, cable TV and telephone terminals;
For garages:

When buying a house, at the customer’s request, partial, interior changes can be made. We also offer the delivery of every home in the stage of turnkey completion, as well as furnishing, after additional payment by the client.
