The site on which the apartment hotel will be built is located in the heart of Sunny Beach, about 800 meters from the beach, it has a rectangular shape and is located immediately on two streets. All necessary documents are available for starting the design of the building. The maximum building factor for Sunny Beach is 1.9 (on the site it is possible to build a building with an area of up to 4750 sq.m.)

We offer investors to take part in the construction of a three-star apart-hotel in the above-mentioned area.
Why an apart-hotel? The thing is that this is an ideal combination between the hotel and the apartment complex and makes it possible to avoid restrictions when constructing an ordinary hotel. In addition, it is an opportunity to sell each apartment separately. The future delivery of the property will be organized by our company in partnership with the leading travel agency in Bulgaria.
The period from the beginning of construction to the end of the project is 20 months (to be completed by the beginning of 2020 season).
The complex will consist of 89 apartments with an average area of 50 sq.m( 17 studios, 20 two-bed apartments and 51 one-bed apartments). On the territory of the complex will be a restaurant, reception, utility room for cleaners, 24 hour security, shuttle bus to the beach, etc.
The shape of the plot allows you to make a pool with a length of 30 m., play area for children, as well as parking for homeowners. The project will be well landscaped and garnered with more than 30 types of plants.

The net profit from the lease will be 4-6% taking into account the payment of all taxes and utility charges. In the first year, profit is expected in the region of 3.5-5%. The difference in the percentage of profit is explained by different layouts of the same type of apartments.
