Chernomorets is a small picturesque town on the southern Black Sea coast 25 km from Burgas, 33 km from Bourgas International Airport and 9 km from Sozopol. It is situated in one of the quietest bays on the Southern Black Sea coast.
Complex “Black Sea Homes” is located 100 m away from the central beach in Chernomorets and the port of the city and consists of four single-family two-storey houses. From each one there is a panoramic sea-view. The space around the houses is richly planted with exotic tree species, with individual parking spaces behind each house.
Each one has a large veranda and a small courtyard, and from the open-air terrace over the second floor you can see the entire bay and the harbor. When designing the complex, we strived to create an atmosphere of spaciousness, coziness and comfort, with a parking space in front of each house. All rooms at the house have a balcony and spacious windows. The facades are solved with mineral plasters in fresh colors.
Many architectural ornaments are used for the luxurious luster of the facades. The houses are offered with: CCTV, German PVC windows, armored entrance door, MDF interior doors. All terraces are covered with granite tiles. Vertical planning includes alleys, parking and landscaping.
